Due to the perishable nature of our products, Monin only accepts returns for unopened items or those damaged during transit within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring your café experience is perfect and will provide a full refund or replacement for qualifying orders.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Quality Verification
Provide photos of any damaged packaging or proof that the safety seals on the syrups and concentrates remain intact.
- 3.Ship the Items
Once approved, use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the unopened products back to our distribution center.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
